Easiest process ever. I called for a quote, the person who answered my call was really efficient. The salesperson came to my house two days later. After getting 3 bids it was the most comprehensive at the best price.

When I was ready to commit, they secure permit in a couple of days with my town and scheduled the work for the following week. I was impressed. The crew stayed here for 5 biz days, always prompt, very polite, and leaving for the day after cleaning everything. Mid-week one of the company managers showed up to ensure the crew was doing a great job. One biz day after everything was completed, the city inspector came by to do final inspection. He did comment how great the work had been performed. Final invoice came with no surprise…Thanks you ACCD!

Keith promised a professional job at a competitive price and that's what we got. The crew was incredibly fast and efficient. They finished the job of almost 30 squares in only 2 days under adverse conditions. All the trash had to be dropped into 2 small side yards, then hand carried to a dumpster in the alley. I highly recommend them! They were so clean, they picked up everything and I can't find anything wrong. Everything was done to perfection. I've got a 50 year warranty on my roof and if it sold to anew owner it is transferrable.

I hired a roofer and after 5 months of pure 5 stars. I reached out to Keith. He immediately took control of the situation. He had a new roof in place in less than three days, yes that is 3 days. He would not take one dime until the roof and been completed and only after I inspected the entire job. He saved us as I was at my wits end. That was three years ago, I told my friends but never wrote a review. We are in the process of selling the property and the inspector discovered a small area in the corner of the carport. Keith's father just passed and he apologized for not returning my call immediately. Can you imagine? He is a really nice guy and very professional. He got back in town yesterday, guess what? It is not even 9:30 A.M. and he has already had the problem fixed. I would highly, highly, highly recommend Keith and his company. I have tried the others and I really do know how bad it is out there, just one example of the competition: they covered open holes in the roof with tin and tar paper and not wood. I posted a couple photos of what Keith found after five months of work from the competition. I was up on the roof when Keith's men did the work and I could not be happier. We are so grateful to ACCD and ROOFING NOW! They were there when we needed them the most!! In the middle of Hurricane Season, we had leaks because the previous roof wasn’t even stapled in several places! We even had most of the corners dry rotted and needed to be replaced! A Big company from Tampa came and gave us a quote, but if we took that it would have cost us 2 car payments!
